will 2011 RSS shocks fit my 2010 RT ???

can anyone in the know tell me "for sure" if a stock set of front shocks off a 2011 RSS will fit my 2010 RT ???

Not sure..!!

Most go the other way. RS and RSS ryders search out the RT shocks cause the are stiffer and make the handling better. Seems the RSS shocks may be lacking on the RT...:dontknow:

Yes, for sure they will fit. Also, as stated the RS spring rates are less than the RT. So, If your just looking for a low budget shock replacement then it would be easy enough to swap springs.

The 2010 RTs had notoriously "Weak Knees" anyway...
Why not try to find a set of 2011 or 2012 RT shocks for your bike?
That would definitely help with the feel of the bike in the corners. nojoke
I had put 2011 RT shocks on my 2010 RT, and then switched over to the Elkas... THAT made for a quantum leap improvement in the handling of the bike. :thumbup:

I'll also price some gen 1 elkas...there's a set for $380 on ebay, but they seem to already come with springs and I'd need to find out what springs they are
