My Wife's Spyder is slowly coming together. She has all the prototype Kewlmetal parts (of course). I know she knows how lucky she is because whatever accessories she wants, she gets and they are custom designed for her!!!! And of course, I am lucky she puts up with me spending my days designing and prototyping motorcycle accessories for a fraction of the salary I can make in a real engineering job!!! Not to get too far off the subject, :
she now has the Pull back handlebars and GPS and cup holder, air ride, luggage rack with passenger backrest, KM exhaust with spyder web heat shield, radiaor spyder web, steerable driving lights, mirror extensions. The things she is waiting for are Lamonts Forward pegs, a front brake, her CB/radio setup, the audiovox cruise control. I am sure I am forgetting something...Oh yes, she is getting the triple play setup on the rear lights, a side tag mount and modified rear fender, and probably last but not least, custom paint. And I am sure it won't stop there!!!
Anyhow, here are some pics of the backrest, I just got the first prototype parts in today:
