• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Who's got Audio Tunes?

Who has an ipod and/or radio setup on their non-RT Spyder? What type of setup do you have? Pics would be greatly appreciated for all to see. I'm thinking of the JL setup but I don't want to lose trunk space with the amp. I'm just looking to see what other have used....Thanks in advance!!!

Nancy uses a Starcom1 comm system, with an audio cable to the front trunk for her iPod. The sound from the helmet speakers is clearer than through external speakers, IMO.

As far as sound quality at speeds JL is the way to go. You retain some trunk space ,but less than half what you have now. Could add the hard side bags they can look ok. The real custom stereo stuff I have seen seem to be more stealth in many cases, but also less effective sound, plus more time and cost. The JL itself is not cheep but most likely the best quality for price. I live in PA no helmet law I wear Oakley Thump MP3 sunglasses sometimes - great sound. If thats no good how about a bluetooth helmet.
