• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Whip it...whip it good!

So...... When I snapped my classmate in the butt with my towel in 8th-grade gym class, was I breaking the sound barrier.....? Hmmmmm..... Jim:dontknow:

Reminds me of way back when...:roflblack:

Worked for a leather company that sold bullwhip "kits." We had 6, 8, and 12 footers.
Of course we had a "sample" made up for show.

Boss and I sometimes played a game with unwitting customers. I had a spot where I stood, he had the same. The whip would be cracked at me and he would yell--get to work!.

Came close--but never hit me. That got their attention and usually a laugh or two.

Father and young son (playing around) got into a towel snapping contest and dad broke the skin on son's leg. The son was at school bragging about his battle wound and school authorities caught wind of it. Child protective services were called and investigated the incident and a report was made. No charges were ever filed but the report still stands. So, be very careful just who you are popping with that towel. Make sure your opponent is 18 or older. LOL

Well, I was in 8th grade in 1960 and was promoted along with (most of) my classmates well before we turned 18. :ohyea: When I was growing up, this was just "horse-play" and considered normal. (I think) We survived..... Jim
