• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What might this plug attach to? (Rear of fog light globe)

About to replace the H8 globes/bulbs in the fog light fixture. Looking at the manual, doesn't look difficult.
In the photos in the manual (see attached) there's a plug hanging out, literally, with no indication to what it attaches.
Might anyone be able to enlighten me as to its purpose/function/whatever?
Many thanks.

IIRC, that's the plug for the little optional 'Accent Light' that can go in the pointy front lower/inner corner of each Fog light.

There's a similar optional Accent Light position in the pointy top upper/outer corner of each main headlight too, but if any of those Accent Lights aren't put in at the factory, they're an abso-freakin-lutely painfully difficult thing to get sorted, and you'll need to very carefully and very precisely use a hole saw to cut the necessary hole in the plastic from the rear of the light assembly to slide the light into, preferably also without getting any plastic swarf inside the assembly! 😖
Do you really need to ask me how I know this for such a bloody painful fact?!
