• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Since I no longer need a shift pad (SE6) and summers coming on, anybody have a recommendation for a good / ventilated /waterproof boot that could be worn on the bike and also off the bike so I could only carry one pair of shoes when I go touring. It would save on space

I wear Cruiserworks Classic boots. 100% waterproof and great customer service . They don't look dorky if going to dinner, shopping , etc. Have had mine probably 12 years and resoled once.

My boots (1st photo): Milwaukee Motorcycle Clothing Co. Mens Road Captain Leather Boots - MB43318
My wife's boots (2nd photo): Milwaukee Motorcycle Clothing Co. Womens Afterburner Boots

Have had these boots about 2 years...extremely comfortable from day 1. Easy to put on - one side zipper... They almost look new yet and are wearing well.

Good luck with your selection!

I wear a pair of nacona cowboy boots. I might as well be comfortable. Thats what i would wear to work anyway and I have to wear shoes over the ankle when I ride or they won't let me in the facility. I also must wear reflective clothing and long sleeves, I would anyway but it is mandated.

I bought Tourmaster Response 2 boots. They are comfortable, lightweight, waterproof and breathable. I can wear them all day. I did at Spyderfest.

Shoes..!!

pretty much any study lace on shoe or ankle boot. Seeing as the ryding style is such that you are not going to put your down next to hot pipes, your not going to ryde the underbrush, you won't be dragging your feet you just need a good shoe. No sandals, flip flops, strappies etc...its what I do and I drive manual...:hun:
