So this starts with the brake failure that turned into the brake spring recall. Got all that squared away when the next day on a mountain curve, noticed that the suspension wasn't "spitting " any more. Press the button for more air, see the bars rise, but no air. WTF? Maybe i the process of fooling with the brake, maybe knocked a wire loose or forgot to hook something back up. Fast forward a couple of days to the 12K check. Told the service writer that while they were at it to investigate the inoperative air suspension. Well, one week and two days later,(after parts replacement confusion) I pick up the machine and am told the compressor has failed. tech called BRP and they said they never heard of such a thing. A new compressor in on order and maybe a new shock as well. Tech said with what I normally run for air pressure, (aired manually) that it seemed to have a whole lot of looseness. I rode it briefly and didn't notice anything. I'll really be able to tell 2 up. So how about that?
Yeah, with manual air we're going to the Dragon anyway. Sounds like fun!
