There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I have a Scala and I just hook my ear buds into the Scala and play the music from the iPhone via Blue Tooth.

Wear you earbuds in your helmet and I have a Velcro patch on the center of the steering cover and stick (Velcro) my MP3 there- Then if I want to skip a song I just reach forward and press forward or back?
Found a trick costs 10 dollars while iPod or pad is plugged in using spyder cable u can get a extender cable male end in head phone out on device, ran cord under seat and plugged in ear buds so you can use this set up with an helement so it can still be charging and controlled from handle bars.
