HIGHWAY OF VALOR TRIBUTE RIDE was held here in Central NY yesterday. Goes from Owego NY to Hannibal NY on State Route 38. Two MOH awardees grew up along the route. Their was an estimated 300 bikes in the ride. Had people out all along the ride, which was about 100 miles. I put about 250 miles on the RT, Rode over to meet up with about 20 bikes for the ride down then rode back to the American Legion in Hannibal to end the ride, then on home. There was at least 10 Spyders in the ride. That included Spyder Jockey & his wife. Nan & I had a good visit with both of them, as usual when we get to see them. Nan got some pic's of all. will try to post somehow. We got stopped in Auburn NY. for about 15 minutes to allow for all the bikes to catch up so as to cut down the time it took to get us all thru one intersection together & smoothly I might add. The escort and all of the help along the way was great. Got to say everybody involved did a superb job in keeping us going smoothly and keeping all the other traffic in good control.
Can't wait to do it again next year.
