Very sad news today...

Just heard that a former Spyder owner that I met once here in Battle Creek died in a motorcycle accident yesterday. He had sold his Spyder and got a HD sportster. He was only 26 years old, seemed like a nice young man and comes from a well known, well respected business family in Battle Creek.

Wow, Hate to hear news like this. I did 4 memorial rides last year for fallen friends that ride. So far this year its only been one. My prayers go out to the family and friends that are suffering this lossray:

Motorcycle accident

The only thing is I wish I could say something that someone else hasn't d allready saidray:

Found out a bit more about the accident today. Was a slow-speed accident (around 25-30 mph). A car came a bit over the center line and the rider swerved quickly and lost control--- hitting a curb and a street sign.

You just never know. Also found out he had a young daughter---- didn't know that before.
