• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Any ideas, has anyone else experienced this problem when going to aftermarket exhaust?
I know it is way to rich and gets about 25-26 miles/gallon.
thanks for any feedback.

I have a hindle on my 2009 GS, and I am getting anywhere from 32-38 per gal.
Coming back from laconia two weeks ago I managed to get 38,

Question..??

From your activity I assume you have a GS/RS. What was your mileage before..?? What kind of mileage does the roadster have..?? I installed the hindle but also had the K&N air filter. Now mileage will vary depending on many things. I get as low as 25 and as high as 40. I average 33 mpg most of the time and now changed the plugs and wires as well as the air filter system. Better performance not much change in mileage...

I call my RS "the Sweater Thread"-- once you start pulling, you never stop.

Wanted an aftermarket exhaust... popping with it.

Got rid of the airbox and got the aftermarket intake... still popping.

Got a Juicebox Pro... got rid of the popping, but now have a sensitive ride, i.e. I'm always tweaking the JB based on altitude and temperature.

Do I regret it? Hmmm... not really, my Spyder runs stronger and faster (and without that stock exhaust, it's plenty lighter and sounds meaner).

But it was expensive, it was frustrating, and I'm always afraid that I may have taken years off the life of my engine by futzing with it as much as I have (could REALLY use a dyno, if there were any for the Spyder around me).
