• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I just came off a week long vacation before returning to work today. Just too short! Anyhow, last Monday August 5th, I met up with Brian (bscrive) and his wife Deb who came down from Ottawa Ontario, through New York and into Vermont. We met up in Alburgh VT and headed to lunch at Warners Snack Bar in St.Albans Vermont. We enjoyed tasty burgers and fries there before heading over to Smugglers Notch in the Stowe area, then over to Waterbury and to Middlesex where we stopped for a break at the Red Hen Bakery. It was hard to keep Deb away from the chocolate section there :) Then we went to Moretown, where we went to meet up with Deanna. The four of us headed out to super at Sarducci's Restaurant in Montpelier. We had a nice meal and a time to relax over some good conversation. Brian and Deb headed to there hotel room for the night in South Barre and Me and Deanna turned in for the night.

The next day, Tuesday, Deanna wasn't able to join us because she had to work...:sour: Nevertheless we missed having her join us for the ride. I guided Brian and Deb on a scenic south eastern Vermont ride on Rte 14 south to Rte 4 and headed to the Quechee Gorge State Park. We enjoyed ourselves during our time there. We had lunch at the Public House diner. We took in the sights, checked out the shops in the strip mall and got to see a real cool toy museum. Deb wanted chocolate again so we just couldn't pass up the Ice cream stand!!!:ohyea:

It was time to head out on the Spyders, Brian had his Honda Valkyrie. We headed west on Rt4 through Killington and back to the Waitsfield area on Rt 100. We also went to Deanna's place so Brian and Deb could say there goodbye's. It was a fun day to be out on the roads with some wonderful scenery and decent roads! We hope to be able to do this again sometimes maybe in another region. These are some of the pictures that I took on the ride Tuesday.

GREAT PICTURES

Sounds like you and Brian/and Deb had a good time.

**** Deb, I like the picture of you seating on the bear!****

Deanna

It was a great trip and I loved the ride through Smuggler's Notch. So much to see and do and not enough time to see it all.

See you guys at Spyderquest.
