• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Uneven load when jacking the RT

Using the spar which runs centrally underneath the RT as a jacking point, when I jack my RT the right wheel and rear wheel raises but the left stays down. The left side of the RT behaves as though it is a good deal heavier than the right. What I'm looking for is confirmation that other owners have experienced the same thing. My next question is what effect, if any, is uneven weight distribution likely to have on handling?

I jack up mine from the right side. I also slide my jack as far forward as I can (almost to the little wings on the side). I'm sure there's an official name for them, but I'm calling them little wings.

If I remember right, the right front wheel lifts off first, then the left front wheel and then the rear wheel. It's pretty stable when it's up and then I put it on jacks.

I have a STS and it does the same thing when lifting.

Thanks for your responses, "they all do that" was exactly what I was hoping to hear!

Here's the thing..!!

when using the atv lift as you start to lift the roadster you pull it towards the side the lift is on. Because the rear wheel lifts last it drags on the ground making the roadster lean till all three wheels are off the ground...our RS does the same but less than the RT's....
