Unclear Icon on 2019 F3L just above Gear Posn Indicator? What is it?

I have a 2019 F3L. When moving at constant speed, there is a small orange icon just above the gear number indicator. I can't get a real good look at it because it only comes on when traveling at a constant speed. It disappears when accelerating, decelerating and stopped. Sort of looks like the home icon in the right side display. I don't see any reference to it in the manual. What is it? Thanks.

Do you by any chance have it in ECO mode?

That's what it sounds like to me, the computer telling you to shift gears.

Try pressing the ECO button and see if it goes away.
