I picked up my Ultimate ST Seat with Driver and Passenger backrest from the FS section but unfortunately the Driver zippered pouch was missing. I thought it would be a cool little pouch for Misc items so I sent Ultimate an e-mail asking if I could purchase one separately. Des replied within 12hrs and asked me to call CS. I did the following day, Spoke to I believe Brett and explained the e-mail. I was asked for my address and said one would be shipped out. I thought it was odd to ask my address before my CC info and said Wait Wait I need to pay for it. Response was a big fat No, our pleasure. I of course thanked and said I appreciate it and the insanely awesome Customer Service. Huge Kudos to Ultimate Seats from me.
