Ultimate Seat rain cover

Has anyone tried to use an Ultimate Seat rain cover on a BRP Comfort seat?

I called them today and they said the covers only fit their seats. I can't believe there is that much difference in the two seats that it wouldn't work. I know it wouldn't fit like a glove but......:dontknow:

I want a cover for my Comfort seat because I ride my Spyder every day rain or shine. One nice thing about the stock seat is the foam never got wet.

I have found other covers but they are for the most part one size fits all. It's the equivalent to putting a trash bag over your seat. That is not necessarily a bad thing but I wanted something a little more custom fit so I could leave it on while riding.

Yes, I used one on my 09 RS with the Comfort Seat. It was a snug fit, but not overly so. It came with a slit for a drivers backrest and since I didn't have one I glued it shut. I rode with it and it didn't slide. Never had a wet seat, neither the Comfort one or mine.
