• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Can anyone give me some info on how to install an exhaust pipe on either side of my spyder?
Like where to purchase the bends required,do I need to change the O2 sensor, air filter ect.
Any info/pics would be great

There are several shops online that sell mandrel bent stainless in several angles, angles with length, X collectors, Y collectors, Braided flex joints, adjustable angles....etc. It's a matter of cutting the material and making clock marks, then taking it to a welder to be welded together, unless you weld yourself. Looks like most "motorcycle" cans are 2 in or 2.25 in inner diametet, so keep that in mind at your exit tips. If you want dual exhaust at the same height as your stock exhaust, the belt side needs a little more work. A high mount or undertail exhaust may also require a riser to be installed on the rear shock for exhaust pipe clearence.

Read your post and was reminded of the old days. I used to run fuel bikes, then injected and blown fuel dragsters (front engined). The amount of work during the week, and in between rounds was horrendous! When I got tired of all that, but still had an urge to go fast, we started campaigning an injected gas dragster. The difference was astounding. Didn't go nearly as fast (or catch on fire as often), but I still got to do burnouts, pull the parachute, and win some races. Great fun! During the week we polished it, and at the track we put in gas and changed the pill.

Sometimes the ride is just as good if it is a little slower, but involves less work. Less work means more riding. Sorry, building an exhaust would cut into my riding time. :)

Over on the SpyderTalk forum, there is a member called NVR2L8 that is selling his dual exhaust. He has pics up so you can see it.
