• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

TricLed dual brake lights...

So I stopped by our dealership on a "Afternoon" drive. Went home with a set of RT-S TricLed brake lights.

I can say the instructions are pretty good, and frankly necessary. If you do not read them you will spend a lot of time with the wire harness as it falls into a pit that requires 5year old hands to get to :roflblack::ohyea:And the color of the wires do not match the colors of the OEM Harness. So any assumptions made here only equal no lights...

Bottom line. Man this is a really cool product! I was worried that it was not high enough up on the back of the bike (Like the ESI Unit is) but after seeing it in person, those worries went away. Unless an 18 wheeler is already crowding you, it is nearly impossible to not see these lights.

We got the "Brake/Blinker only" not the dual with the running light. I like the idea of a lot of lights showing up all at once when braking rather just getting brighter.

What I call an added bonus is the blinker portion. They are bright and give the rear side of the Spyder active blinkers! You see they wrap around to the side of the Spyder for about 3-4"... Very cool.

They are bright, but not super bright (AKA Batman signal bright, no.. But Brake Light bright yes).

Very please with this product and plan to get much more now :ohyea::spyder2::2thumbs::doorag:

I do not yet see any pics of these online with the blinker.. Thought I had before, I must be mistaken. So if any pics are wanted just let me know. I will take a few

P.S..................... These are what are going on next... MUHahahahahaha

Pics are a must, as without pictures the install never really happened. :D

:congrats:

I just got some new lights today as well that I am hoping to find time to install tomorrow. Need to get things done before the owners event.

I will see what I can do... We plan on ryding tomorrow regardless of my hand pain... Should give me a chance to take a few pics... Really rough day today hearing all the bikes driving around as I sat in the back yard....

OK here are the picks. Remember. This kit is "Without" the running lights. Just brake and blinkers. Some photos with them on and other off. This is at 11:15 am on a sunny warm day. Shows just how bright they are...

Sorry for the horrible pics.. I think my 10 year old digital camera is on its last leg...
