• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Top case

Don't....

But ryde with those that do. Givi make the most commonly seen with our group but there are others. Those that have the Givi are very happy with them. Hope those that do here chime in with better reviews..

I have the can am case and I love it. If fits a full face helmet perfectly. When I first tried to open it after I got it, I thought I would not be able to open it fully and was really irritated. Then I discovered a knob underneath that tilts the bracket the case rests on so it can open fully. Now I like it.

There is no picture in the accessories catalog about how the top box mounts to the backrest so I don't have a clue on how it mounts. And your comment about lowering the seat doesn't make any sense...the top box is behind the passenger seat isn't it? Would like more information before I buy one.

For long rides with the wife I run a GIVI 47L Blade Mono Lock case that I mounted to a spare sport rack lid. Works great!

The seat does not get lowered. There is a bracket the case is mounted to and is attached to the backrest. Under the bracket there is a lever to allow the case to lean forward enough to open the case without having the lid hit the back of the backrest. That way the case can fit a full face helmet.
