• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

hi there im going to change my top ball joints, should i buy the oe ones or aftermarket brands.im in the car game and i know you get some cheap ball joints but they dont last.i dont know how much the joints coast yet either so maybe oe are well priced.but if they wear out fast maybe oe are junk anyway.

Hi Stu,
I've always held the opinion that if the OEM parts were good enough to get the bike out of the showroom: they must be good enough to keep it going down the road...
But honestly: I think that this is the first time that aftermarket ball joints have come up in conversation.
Do you know of anyone who is offering them? :dontknow:

thanks for reply.i dont know if aftermarket are available yet.my only concern was the joints on mine have only done about 7000 km and they are shot and i ride really sedately.so i wondered if oe will fail in another 7k.this is my first spyder so i dont know how many ks i should get but 7k seemed a bit low.
