Well today I went to my local dealer and found out that they have an estimated ship date for my SE5. They said the date is currently Oct 1 they said its still subject to change since a week or two ago it was Mid August. This still sounds better than Nov 30th but with my luck this won't be the actual ship date.

There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

It's weird to me that they are still on back order, they are just sitting around here. I am one of few in Arizona to own one and the first in Tucson. I'm really suprised there aren't more around even if they don't buy it locally since this is a huge M/C community. RideNow finally dropped the $2500.00 premium and I went for it. I guess having $60,000 worth of spyders sitting around not selling makes the accountants nervous. The floor manager did say the intial buzz and is gone and they made no sales in that time period. They needed to get some on the road. Mine caused quite a ruckus at the airfield, but that has really died down too, only a few of my co-workers still ask about it and it's not even been a week.
