• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Tie Downs

Ford 1

2013 where is the best place to tie the RT 2013 on a trailer ? In other words where do i hook my tie downs on the bike ?

Use straps thru the front and rear wheel(s). Place a rag on the wheel where the strap contacts the wheel, it will prevent any wear on the wheel.

:agree: I agree. The information is on page 161 of your owners manual. There is a lot of good information there.

Have to agree..!!

can't stress enough..one should read their manual cover to cover. There is a wealth of information there. As mentioned tie the unit down by the wheels. There are special holding blocks you can add to the trailer for this. Check with our sponsors which sell everything you can imagine for your spyder...!!

:agree: The owner's manual covers it in pretty decent detail...
At the rear of the bike; watch yourself around the rear brake on the RH side, and the belt and 'sprocket' on the left... Fee the strap ONLY around the wheel; snake it in between the sprocket and wheel! nojoke
