Good Lord willing and the creek don't rise, which is a big chance here in metro Atlanta, I'm headed to Panama City for the Thunder Beach Rally in the Morning. The Toy hauler is loaded with the Spyder and the Boss Hoss Trike. and the Silverado HD is hooked to it ready to go. Hope to see some of you there. the ones I seen in the Spring I'm in the same campground. After over a week of rain every day, got over 10 inch yesterday, today has been fairly pretty, although their is a chance of rain this evening and thru the rest of the week with heavy rain to return this weekend. Some places got over 20 inch yesterday. We still have 1 interstate flooded, had 3 yesterday. with many other roads flooded. Many houses and at least 1 school is flooded to the roofs and we have 7 confirmed deaths, 6 from people trying to drive thru flooded roads and being swept away. 17 counties including the one I live in are declared deaster areas. Most of the schools in the area are closed today. I personally have had no problems. I live on what is left of the old family farm, I remember Daddy saying the whole area is up on a ridge, and my house is the highest in the area.
