There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Throaty Exhaust Sound

I have about 1200 miles on the bike and I have noticed the sound of the bike getting deeper. I am told it is due to normal carbon build up in the exhaust. Is this correct and okay for the bike?

What type of exhaust you running..Stock or Aftermarket...?
With only 1200 miles on Spyder I can't imagine why exhaust tone would change to a deeper sound unless you have made a mod to bike, RT or RS.?...

There is a possibility that your exhaust Y gaskets are starting to deteriorate. That is a common symptom of when they wear out. The other symptom will be more heat to your legs than you used to get, coming from the body panels and the body panels will feel hot when you finish ryding. Many of us have replaced the stock Y gaskets with a Honda gasket instead.

This is for the RS, I don't know if the RT has the same issue or not. :dontknow:
