Sadly Passed Oct 2024 - RIP
Of course routine maintenance tops the list - then adding Farkles  … and for Me - Skiing :clap: …. I had given up Snowmobiling 5 years ago for a few reasons ( safety # 1 ) and last season I decided to re-enter the downhill skiing thing. Bought new equipment annnnnnnnnnnnd a Season Pass. Things got to a slow start due to lack of Ski muscles :yikes: …. I had started an exercise regimen a couple of months prior to the start of the season, however I have decided that Ski muscles can only be developed by SKIING :lecturef_smilie:.... So it took a few weeks to get back in shape, but it was fun getting there. At the end of last season I could ski about 4 hrs without stopping ( with my mid-week pass there were NO waiting lines at all, the only rest I got was in the chair lift :bowdown
….. I was in great physical shape at the start of Spyder riding season
…. I continued my Ski adventure this season, and the physical catch-up time was much less than last season ….. On this past Fri ( 2-7-20 ) I had 40 days on the slopes …. Last season it took me until Mar. 1st. to achieve 40 days. Last season I accumulated 66 days skiing …. I'm well on my way to surpass that - maybe I'll get 75 to 80 days in.... PS, I'll be 73 this March …… try and enjoy life - it gets shorter all the time …. un-fortunately :banghead:...……
