When we moved to Florida, an acquaintance told us if you come all the way down here, and end up north of I-4, you've wasted the trip! Too much freezing weather in north FL.

Zephyrhills is my winter home...that pic was Ontario Canada my summer home. My friends take great delight sending me snow pictures. I on the other hand I send them pool pictures on Christmas Day with my wife and I in the pool wearing Santa hats!

That is a bit of an stretch....I was told you need to be below Lake Okeechobee was the same reason. I think that is a plot by wealthy people to keep the property values up and the riff-raft out.:yikes:
