Hello all,

I feel better now...got my 2014 RT Limited's welcome packet today in the mail!

Purchased my 2014 on January 23, 2014

Received welcome packet August 4, 2014 ????????? hmmmmmmmm???

Only took BRP 6 months 11 days to get it to me -- now that's customer service! :yikes::yikes::yikes:


When I bought our 2012 RT Limited, I think it only took a couple of months.

They must ship them in bulk only a few time a year.
I just got mine today also and purchased it on April 27th.

Aren't you lucky

If you live in the rest of Canada, the country of origin, there is no welcome package.
Not for the RS-S, (I don't believe. I may be mistaken, we'll see)
& no phone calls either or anything of the sort. I received an email for a pleasantry,
and already two pieces of mail, that said I may win $5000 for filling out a survey.
Yet, if you read the fine print, it proclaims that there is no need to complete the survey for your chance to win. Hahaha, so they sent it twice to remind me.

So, would I buy another SpYder? Hell yeah... Sure would/will!! Or win one.

Wow, that's one of the quickest I've seen receiving their welcome packet :thumbup: It doesn't look like it changed much from my 2012 packet. I was thinking they could have saved some $'s by not sending one -- I was very surprised to get this welcome packet at this point of time!
