As a new Spyder owner I would like to thank everyone here on the forum. I spent a lot of time on the forum reading and learning about Spyders prior to purchasing one. I have learned so much from all of you and I need to tell you that.
For those of you that wonder if taking the time to answer questions and giving advice is worth it, I can honestly say that yes it is. I am a more confident and comfortable rider because of this forum. I can't promise that I will be as active on this forum as many of you, but I can promise that I will continue to visit, read and learn from you.

I've been riding motorcycles since I was 12. Loved all 24 bikes I've had. But my favorite is the one I ryde right now, a Pearl White 2014 RT-S (4036). I bought it new, I knew very little about it. Vinny the sales guy showed me all the basics, like why does it beep, beep when I turn the key off. But I've learned so much about these great machines from this forum. Just about any question one may have, there's somebody here that can explain it. I owe a big thank you to all as well.

Welcome aboard

I pop in here a couple times a week to read the story's and helpful hints ....drool over pics of new machines . I've had quite a few 2 wheelers over the years as well just as most on here have , and these Spyders certainly are a different obsession. This site is very helpful especially when you are first getting used to your new toy ... the " silly questions" you want to ask actually are not because no matter what your riding and mechanical experience in the past there is much to learn . I am seeing more and more Spyders in Ontario each time we go out now , and more and more non Spyder owners asking me about them . Enjoy
