We all see a majority of complaints on many forums and this one is no exception.. I have to say that my experience w BRP CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SUBSEQUENT DEALER NETWORK GETS AN A++++ From Mikey!!! My issue with a broken exhaust spring,, purge valve and gas cap made a 18 hr ride to Fla the most miserable 2 day ride I've ever been on.. What happened on the way down and then the final resolution of my issues is how it's supposed to work .. KUDOS TO BRP , American Powersports in Findlay Ohio and Jacksonville Powersports / Jax Fla.. I'm 56yrs old and have traveled over 800,000 mi on motorcycles,, many many brands.. My wife Diane was in a bad car accident a few years back and can't take gettin tossed around on a bike anymore.. She's been right there through all the years ,, 900- 1000 mi days down for whatever!! She's the reason I'm on a Spyder and it's a choice so far I don't regret / one bit
