• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Hello fellow SpyderLovers. Looking for suggestions you have used or seen for rear foot peg extensions. I know of BRP. What other options are on the market or in the works?? Thanks in advance and look forward to hearing from you all.

I bought and really like these: http://www.rivcoproducts.com/products/product.php?productid=703&cat=435&page=1

I use the 5" arms (the 7" arms bring the footboards to close the driver's pegs, I feel). They are adjustable to multiple positions. Girlfriend is 5'10", she can sit on the back of the RS all day without trouble.

Only caveat: the instructions don't say so, but I found I needed to use a little bit of the blue Loctite around the bolt to keep my left passenger footboard from loosening up while riding (the right doesn't have as much travel given the exhaust is underneath it). Before, I'd have to re-tighten the bolt every few rides to keep it from shaking off. A little Loctite, and I haven't had the problem at all since.
