• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

After finally get my RTS out the shop I was ready to do some serious riding this weekend. The morning started off great rode about 45 miles to meet the other riders for breakfast, then it was to be off for a two day ride. I just got my bike out of the shop for some minor body work a new rear shock and air compressor and the clutch recal. After breakfast we all got ready to leave and I went to shift it out of 1st to 2nd and it wouldnt go. Tried everything I new to do but no luck it was stuck. Well I got a ride home got the trailer and caried it back to the dealer, the service manger was nice and said we will figure it out, but hell that dosent do me any good for the weekend. I hope one day soon I will have the bike 100%, Ever since I've had it I've some type of issue with it, but I still love the bike and the ride and dont see my self riding anything else

Just Frustraded :gaah:

That stinks! I just had the rear shock/air compressor recall work done yesterday. I guess there was some sort of "code" recall thing they did also. Wasn't sure what it was for, but maybe it was for a shifting reason. I'll call my dealership service center tomorrow when they're open and find out. Nice to have that rear end all fixed up again! I was bottoming out in parking lots going over speedbumps riding two up. I didn't even realize that it wasn't adjusting as it should have. Guess I was having too much fun ryding and not paying attention to the noises it makes when adjusting.

Is there a recall on the ar shock?

I am making an appointment for my three thousand mile service. If there is an official recall notice i will have them do it then.

Does anyone have a complete list of recalls on the RT. I had the se shifter. Issue resolved and as much as i am afraid to say it........it has been dare i say- perfect. My average gas mileage is at 31 since i have owned. It. Not great but better than expected. It does almost as well as my wides mini Cooper.

Just got the bike out of the shop yesterday morning. It had a broked shift arm. Its back to running and looking foward to put some serious miles on it now

Broken shift arm

Did the dealer ever give you an idea of what possibly caused the problem?:congrats: on getting the ryde back home!

They had no idea what might have caused it. But they said they were talking with BRP over it and trying to figure out what might have happened
