• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Strip the Muffler ?

Has anyone stripped the paint off of the muffler on the RT ? I had to remove my muffler over another (Weeper hole blues) issue and noticed that the paint was basically peeling on it's own and the muffler seemed to be stainless steel. If it's truly stainless , it would probably look good with the paint removed. Has anyone tried this ?
 
I remember seeing someone do that years ago. I thought about it on my old 2010 as the paint was peeling but I got a deal on a Two Bros. and went that route. I think it would look cool silver but seems like it might be a ton of work. If you do it post pictures.
