• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. Storms

Bad storm here yesterday. No injuries to us, the house, or toys...but we will be out of power for a while. Most of the city is down. No reported deaths or injuries, though. I will be absent from the forum for a few days, though. I had to travel 12 miles to a different city to tap Mickey D's wireless. I'll catch up sometime later this week...I hope. This one is gonna take a while. They even had to pull in fire trucks from other cities to respond yesterday. Don't worry about us...we're OK!

Thanks Scotty, I just heard about the storms and was wondering. Glad you and Nancy are OK.
Praying for all the folks in that area.

I was heading out of town on the spyder when the storm hit- got caught in it down in Athens. Took cover at gas station. Got a tree on the roof at work- but my building fared well compared to many who lost their roofs near mine.

Heading back home today to assess damage--- glad yer ok scotty

Good to know that you are OK!!! Hope the power isn't out long. Take care. Hope to see you back on the forum soon!!

Saw the news this morning, showed the damage in Battle Creek. Glad you and Nancy are ok. Will wait for follow up.

Thanks for letting us know you and Nancy are okay. :2thumbs:
Crazy weather this year. Can't remember when there's been as much wide-spread damage due to the weather.

Check in again when you can.

Scotty,

It will probably be pretty uncomfortable without power and 90+ heat. But glad to hear there was no damage. The storm split and went both north and south of us, but all we heard was thunder - not even that much rain.

Yeah--- no climate change going on at all--- lol

Glad to hear you didn't have any damage. We rode by Battle Creek today but didn't see any of the damage. Went to Plainwell for the Patriot Guard mission for Private Allers.

Glad to know that you and Nancy are OK and hope that the power is restored soon, I don't want to miss your very informative threads for too long.
