STILL getting Throttle body codes & issues - any longer term fixes?

I'm still getting P1120 & P2620 codes. These are the typical TPS codes that require either cleaning or replacing the throttle body. I've replaced the throttle body with the latest part number and checked every connection, but get the errors about every 1,000 miles. I then clean the throttle body according to the service bulletin and it works fine for awhile. Is anyone out there still suffering from this chronic problem and what have you done for it?

The TPS was replaced when I changed the throttle body. The new one has been checked with a meter and oscilloscope. No dead spots. I'm now thinking the butterfly shaft is mechanically sticking. Each time i clean it, it runs fine for awhile.
