Squeeking brakes

Just wondering if anyone has had some squeaking brakes at times at slow speeds. I have a 2016 rts

Oh yeah....

Many though most when backing up or just starting out/slowing down. Most commonly it comes from brake dust and can be fixed with some cleaning. Simple green does a good job of it. :thumbup:

I had this problem, drove me nuts!
Removed the pads, gave the calipers a good cleaning and applied break quite to the back of the pads and reinstalled.
Haven't heard a peep since.

If you remove the pads, and grind a slight bevel on the leading edge: it silences them! :thumbup:

Get up to 30 miles per hour and press brakes down firmly. Works for me.
