The spreadsheet kept getting hosed up so I wrote a php database application to store the information. If you just print all the names then you can copy and paste to your phone or tablet. If there is a better way let me know and I can add it.

Thanks for cleaning up the data.

Since I have several trips planned this year I just wanted an updated list of the data. I downloaded the xls sheet just before you converted it (I'm guessing). I did this because some of the area I will be traveling do not have reliable cell coverage.

I'm not familiar with php . . . does it have the ability to export to an xls file? That would be the ideal solution.

Again, thanks for taking on the cleanup effort.

When you go to the print feature just save it as a PDF or Word file and then email it to your phone or tablet

Let me check into what I can do to export to a spreadsheet or pdf or txt file. If you print all it will display a list that you can copy and paste to a text document and you can email it to your phone then save that file or do a file transfer so you have a copy on your phone if you have spotty coverage. The list is sorted by state then city each time you open it up on the web site this way it is always up to date when people add their info.

If you have enough signal to load the web page the search by state then by city makes it easy to find local help.

Let me know if you have any problems.

Edit: if you load the list on your phone you can dial the numbers right from the list.

Thanks, the pdf needs to be generated by the php so it is current at all times. I did a little research while on lunch and it looks like I can add the code to create an excel file pretty easy. I'll work on that... also note that there are additions to the Spyders to the Rescue list almost every week so if your still using the old spreadsheet your missing many folks.

I looked into generating a pdf from the database and that would take a bit more work so I'll do the spreadsheet first.

The Spyders to the Rescue page can now generate a comma delimited list sorted by state then city of everyone. This can be imported into any spreadsheet program.
