SPYDERS IN THE HILLS Oct. 17,18,19 2019. Will be in Kerrville Tx. A 47,000 sq. ft. building will be home all indoor events and all vendor's. Keep watching for opening date of Registration.

Building floor is all level concrete,with 115 v thru out the building.
Vendor's will be able to move in on the 16th.

Just wanted to make sure of the complete date (and give you the chance to perhaps edit your original post so everyone sees it correctly) -- we're talking October 17-19, 2019, right? I'll definitely be there -- we had a very nice time last month.

What hotel or hotels if any well be the gathering’s and offer a discount. Would like to make reservations early.

Do you have any thoughts as to what the indoor events will be (other than banquet)?

That venue will be great for the event and vendors. It is too bad there are no hotels within walking distance. All of them are up near I-10 and TX16. Please avoid using the YO ranch for the host hotel no matter how good a 'deal' they offer.

Kerrville Hotels + Mary's Tacos

That venue will be great for the event and vendors. It is too bad there are no hotels within walking distance. All of them are up near I-10 and TX16. Please avoid using the YO ranch for the host hotel no matter how good a 'deal' they offer.

I've heard similar advice on the YO Ranch from others; I stayed at the Hampton Inn right across the street on my first overnighter on the Spyder, and it was very pleasant -- the HI free breakfast is usually pretty good, and it was there.

Problem with the free breakfast is it cuts into my appetite for Mary's Tacos, which is a must visit spot. Great breakfast tacos and rest-of-the-day tacos. Hopefully they'll be involved in the event somehow?

Looking forward to it already.

The YO Ranch hotel has really fallen down...not what it use to be...then they do not like guest to hang out outside since the building go condos behind hotel....claim we are tooled.... and no place to hangout inside.....lobby is not set up for hanging out talking with friends....just my 2cents

Thanks, we will be checking all the hotels in the next couple of weeks. Looking for the best one for our host hotel, may have two host hotels.

We offer camping sites at the event for 35.00 a day with 30 & 50 amp service and city water, no dump on site.
Kerrville-Schreiner park is one mile away' more to come later.
