SpyderFest-Stage Stop RV Park

I know this RV park has rather low ratings, but has anyone checked it out or staying there? I'm considering staying for a couple of weeks or so. We are currently full timing in our toy hauler and would like to stay in that area. Prices are at least 75% lower than KOA. We don't plan on spending lots of time in the RV park.

It so so but not to clean make shure you really lock up your things or they will walk, power not to good and water to not to good, been their and really did not like it to much .. My 2 cents on it. Your call good luck.....

We were going to camp there but decided to stay at the Comfort Inn instead this time.

Basically a parking lot with hook ups but very convenient to everything and even in sight of Lambert's ! We'll look for you!

You might look at Highland Court, we went and checked it out thought it was better than koa alot closer to the action. Just south of where everybody is staying at the motels and on the way to Ozark.

Wondering what you liked or disliked about these two. Looked at the satellite pictures on google maps and map quest, and the Ozark Highlands looks to be a parking lot with hookups rather than a campground. I need to decide on one or the other today if possible. Appreciate your help, Thanks!

Highlands appears to be a mobile home park with added RV sites. It does have better ratings than stage stop however stage stop is next door to Lamberts and very close to vendor village. I think I'm going to try it out even though it appears to be a parking lot with full hookups. We don't need to spend much time there and there's lots to see in the area via Spyder. We have just left ocean front site (stayed there 6 months) and I know we can't compare views to that. Good luck in your choice and hope to see you there. :thumbup:

We decided on KOA, as we will be spending time at the camper and will have our dogs with us. I think you gave me advice in another thread about the ramp patio option. We did buy it and love it. Thanks!

We are camped at Stage Stop and it is fine. Nothing fancy, but next door to Lamberts and very close to Vendor Village. Friendly hosts. Spyders arriving daily. :clap:
