Just to let the world know. Yes the dates have been set for SpyderFest 2015.
We do know we will have Spyder friendly hotels at Lamplighter North and Best Western Coach House.
In trying to assist one of our attendees that lives across the ocean, I did discover that the Coach House only has a few nights left open for SF 2016. The Lamplighter North is accepting reservations, but you have to CALL, do not attempt to make your reservations on line, as you will not get the rate. Lamplighter North phone number is 1-417-869-3900. You can get your hotel before you register for SF 2016. The staff at the Lamplighter are great so if you have any questions you can talk with April, Tammy or Debbie. They are our go to gals!
We do not know the other Spyder friendly hotels, that will be decided in the next few weeks.
Registration for SF 2016, should go live January 1, 2016. (Understand we run on LST (Len's Standard Time), but Vanessa has this under control so we should be good. Also Len is working around the clock to get their house ready to move in, so giving him a break.
MoGang has descended on Springfield this weekend for our annual Christmas Party and our kick off planning meeting for SF 2016 which is only about 137 days away!!! If you have any questions please let us know. Just remember you will have great time and meet friends for life!! Hope to see you in April.
