Spyderfest 2011 Info and check-in

I took off work early this afternoon and we would have headed out for Cuba tonight, but my wife couldn't get off work at the hospital she works at on short notice. But this did give me a chance to ryde for a while! OMG, it is like being let out of solitary confinement. The sun was shining and the skies are blue!

Praise the Lord and pass the potatoes. Cuba here we come!

You are not sick at all. If it wasn't over 14 hours one way for me, I would be trying to do the same thing. The bad weather here seems to have moved on, so I am hoping to get some ryding in this weekend. :thumbup:

We are only about 4 hours away. I am Mapquesting and programming GPS now! Should be a nice ride tomorrow. If we have as much fun as I am hoping, then we'll probably plan our vacation around it next year. Have more time to spend there getting to know folks that way.

How about June 16-18 for Lamont's BBQ and the BRP Owner's Event? Will you be able to schedule some vacation time to make it there?

Perhaps. Where is it being held? I have seen references to that here and also saw some photos, but never actually saw the location.

Lamont's BBQ will be at his house in Mosheim, TN and the Owner's Event is being held in Maggie Valley, NC. I think they are about 2 hours apart. There is a thread about this event, kind of like this one about Spyderfest on here. :thumbup:

Wow. Can,t even stay logged in due to all the "tap talk" junk. Is anyone else having this problem with their iPhone? Got to get rid of that. What a pain in the a**
