• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

SpyderBear goes to Gatlinburg

That was without a doubt the coolest thing I've ever seen a bunch of Internet friends do for another! :2thumbs:

Really wish we'd been able to make this trip but work right now is our busy time of year. I'll have a bit more long distance under my belt shortly with a couple of trips planned for this fall. Next year I will make it a point to make one of these rallys.

You Guys Rock :b2b:

Friday in Gatlinburg with SpyderBear

We started the day looking for the meet up for the Hillbilly Ride. We found our guide Steve at the Olde Tudor Inn. SpyderBear is posing with Brian in front of the sign.

We took a short ride with a few other Spyder owners through the back country on an unplanned trip. When we got back to civilization, SpyderBear decided to go fishing with some of his relatives.

Now it was time to meet up with the rest of the group for the official ride before the BBQ. While we were waiting to meet with everyone, the SpyderBear found some interesting places to have his picture taken.

One of our stops was at a very picturesque damn and Spyderbear found himself in a variety of poses.

When we got to the official BRP BBQ at Mountain Motorsports, there were all kinds of things for SpyderBear to get into.

When we left the BBQ we went for one last ride for the night. It was getting late and starting to rain. But we braved the weather and found a few more sites for the evening. We had to be very careful though, read the sign on the last photo carefully.

Spyderbear should get an award for longest distance traveled and most active member while in Gatlinburg. He was able to do more stuff in a week than most of us in a lifetime. Hope he makes it home safe and sound. Maybee next year he will bring armygirl with him, until then he has some real stories to tell but remember spyderbear, what happens in Gatlinburg stays in Gatlinburg. shsssssss.
