Hi can anyone tell me what is the best setting on the front Supension for 2 people I weigh 190 and my wife is around 150 lbs.

Four or five is recommended. Try both and see what works for you. I run mine on 4 and ride two up. High 300's for our combined weights.

Try 18-20 in the front tires and 28 in the rear. See how it goes and add or delete air for your personal likes. I have 4 on the shocks. Everyone likes different settings to suit their riding style.

I've got a 2010 model RT. Front tire pressures at 18psi and the preload set at 4. :2thumbs:
And we're about 15 pounds heavier in total than you guys... pps:

We are a bit lighter. We are set at 5 and the front tires at 18psi
