• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sprocket to rear wheel

Just had a BF Goodrich mounted on my rear wheel. I took the sprocket off for the mounting. It lifted strait off with no problem. Now I am putting it back on and I had a 1/16 inch gap between the sprocket and the wheel. I checked the O ring and it is in place. I tried tapping it down with a dead blow hammer, but it "rocks". The gap will close on one side but raise on the opposite side.

Am I missing something or will the gap close up when I torque the axle nuts in?

Yes, it will close but... I always put a bit of silicone spray on the parts for them to fit together better.

also ... the sprocket will fit into the wheel assembly in different positions( the spokes lining up and not lining up) most i've seen are lined up (sprocket and wheel spokes) but i have seen some that were not. It may fit better in one position than another?!

Nahh... the aluminum parts from the sprocket ride in between rubber dampeners... take your choice. However, you should align the spokes on the sprocket with those on the wheel for better access to the rear tire valve.
