Believe me Bensonoid, I have no idea why my pictures do that!!!! That is not how they are when I select them and upload. And then I try to fix it and it won't/would not let me. I tried 4 times. I have done it before but not able to this time. I give up.
They'll be doing that cos you take them in
Portrait Mode, so the image is taller than it is wide with the '
Anchor Point' in the
Top Right Corner, but the Forum will display them with their longest edge horizontal & the
Anchor Point in the TOP LEFT corner! And we can't change that, so
you have to make the effort to get it right for the Forum platform, either by editing your images before uploading them; or by making sure they match the necessary requirements when you actually take the pic! :lecturef_smilie:
The latter is the easy fix tho, simply
go to Landscape Mode before you take your pics, so the resulting images will be wider than they are tall - you can do that in most cases simply by
dropping the top of your phone to the Left, ie.
turn your phone anti-clockwise 90° - that'll make your images upload the right way for the Forum software platform, so they'll display the right way!

Simples, really!
Glad you're finding those footboards make getting on & off easier too - it makes the whole ride so much more enjoyable, doesn't it - knowing that you can both get on readily and that you won't hafta crawl off onto the ground then climb up the bike to get vertical again!
