Spot lights on non-American versions

Does anyone know if we can purchase the auxiliary fog lights that come on the foreign models? Similar to the parking lock that didn’t come with the US models bought can still be purchased. I like the look of the lights.

Those aren't spot lights. They are the low beams. The lights where we have them are the high beams.

I lived in the UK for 4 years ('59 to '63) so I remember they have different names for car parts. After reading Nico75's comment in 'Comfort Seats', I like the way he referred to them as the "dipped" lights.
