• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

My wife's first bike is a Buell Blast (500cc) and she's been talking about getting something bigger so she can go with me on weekend trips. She's mod'ed the heck out of the bike, so I'm assuming she'll want something sporty:

I'm guessing these would be her requirements:
  • Sporty
  • Low seat height (she's 5' 6")
  • Manageable weight in case she drops it or needs to push it around
  • Comfortable riding position
  • Can carry hard cases and other stuff
  • 750-1000cc
  • Fairing / windshield
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Just added fairing / windshield to the list. While the Blast is great for city riding, she doesn't like the wind on the Interstate.
 
i like the nordge it got the bags and elertic windsheld and ready to go.that coaler is nice too.:2thumbs:
 
The Norge is a great machine, I almost bit on one when they were introduced. They are about as tall as a BMW, though. I'm not sure even the lowered versions of the Beemers would fit, but they are worth a try. Some of the modern Triumphs are fairly low, too. Lots of choices...time to take her shopping.
