There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Jim, What event in South Carolina, I've never been except to fly into Charleston then up to Myrtle Beach, and would look at any Spyder event to have a reason to drive down and around other parts of that fine state!
One of our best vacations ever was at Hilton Head and then years later at Myrtle Beach. :bowdown:

I was stationed at Myrtle Beach AFB from Oct 1987 to Oct 1991. I can honestly say it was one of my "top two" assignments. I really enjoyed picnicking and swimming in the ocean at the Myrtle Beach State Park; spending summer nights walking the Grand Strand's beaches, boardwalk & pavilion; drinking and throwing darts at BoDo's; eating sea food at Captain D's in Murrells Inlet; and fishing the different bodies of water (e.g. salt water of the ocean, the brine of the inter coastal water way, and the fresh water lake out by Santee Cooper). The only hardship memory I have of the area is the destruction and recovery phases after Hurricane Hugo ripped through. One of these days, I will make it back there for a short vacation.
In case your wondering, Comiso, Sicily (Oct 1986 - Oct 1987) was my other "top two" assignment.
