• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Sometimes I just stare at it .....

And can't believe it's mine. This is one of the coolest things I have ever seen, not to mention own.....Broke 15k this month :D20130820_155107-est.jpg

Congratulations! Beautiful bike indeed. Like your Yoshimura CF exhaust. Am wondering how does the sound compare to the Akraprovic sport version of their muffler; louder or about the same?

Can't speak for the stock one, but this came with a baffler to tone it down, which I did because I warm it up in a townhome developement.... being nice to the neighbors  So in theory, you have 2 options. Sounds great either way :yes::yes:

I get it....When I first purchased my Spyder, I was so giddy, I would just ride all over town.....sit in the barn and stare at it and could not believe it was mine and I could actually ride it.....you couldn't wipe the smile off my face.....when we would go on a ride everybody would tease me...in a good way...all I ever did was smile....I was happier than I had ever been...my Spyder and I were one.....I just took off and went on rides by myself...next thing I'm doing overnight trips....by myself....the independence I gained.....next thing you know...I've been to all 48 states.....I want to feel that again....I need my Spyder.....

I have a Yoshimura on my ATV and it dones the same thing. I don't see any listing for a ST-S unless their site just isn't updated. :(

With you Bro

With you Bro! Scoot3r's got 14K now and I still feel like when I first got him. Something akin to wanting something so bad you could just taste it, then when you got it all you could do was just stand there and grin at it. Man I'm still grinning at him.

Thank you! I Agree completely!

every morning, my Spyder smiles at me...the GS just has the best expression. I get a wave of excitement that he's really mine.... after wanting one for so long... he's mine. The weekends can't come fast enough. At least I know I'm not crazy :)

Can't believe..!!

it's ours and is in our garage. Had seen adds but never thought we would own one...so yes, I do stare at it a lot...

A Thing of Beauty!

Beautiful! We are at that age of enjoying the straight up seating of our new RT-s, but a few years ago would have seen us lusting over your ride!

staring is polite

just about everybody cant help but stare at these fantastic machines.
I went for a ride tonight after work and then stopped to get a sandwich for dinner and a kid about 6 years old came out of the store just
after I pulled up and he was literally jumping up and down and yelled out cool bike. I would say there is still that Kid in all of us that just comes out when we see our spyders.

Share that sentiment...

I sometimes wake up at 2 or 3 in the morning, get a drink in the kitchen, and pop into the garage just to look at her. It is my belief that this behavior may sound crazy to all...except a fellow :spyder2: owner.
