• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

so do you think there is a way

hey everyone, do you think there is a way of telling if our bikes are out of alignment buy using level or something to measure the rim angle when the bike is on the ground. now jump the gun and start saying stuff about getting the bike done or you can't adjust it like that. i am not looking to do any adjustments, i am just wondering if there is a way to take a reading just to see what the rims read with and with out a laser alignment. just a thought

Hi John,
I would imagine that by the time you gather up what you'll need to get accurate measurements...

... You might just as well talk to the good folks who sell the system; see about getting some training, and... :D

Tough one..!!

probably but there are several angles involved. The tire also overhangs the rims so you need to block out to get measuements. This to the ground could give you the camber and placing the bars level and measuring front width and rear width of the front tires could give you an idea for toe in/out. Thing is if it is only slightly out you may not see it...:dontknow:

i am planning on having the laser done i just need to time to get there to do it, i might also get a set of elkas installed b4 i get it done

It is easy

Just ride one that was allign and if your run the same you don't need the alignment.

After I did mine by Square away I felt it right from the first turn I did, huge different.

Had mine done two weeks ago. It was out 7/8 according to the tech. Guess that wasn't much 'cause I can't tell a difference in ride.

There was another Spyder there that was out nearly two inches. She said she felt a big difference. Ya think?

John, I agree with Chupaca. I don't think you'll be able to see if it's out.
