• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

This is what I came up with for the keys with no way to put them on a key ring:

Photo (1).jpg

It involved the key, a vacuum cleaner belt cut to size, and superglue.

Another option to secure key.......

Nice looking leather key cover with :spyder2: imprint does a great job of securing key as well! Got mine at link below.

Those are nice looking but I actually prefer the stock key condom. I leave the key in the Spyder when it is in the garage and I have the condom on my key chain. That way I only have to carry the bulky key when I'm out on the Spyder.

:agree: I use Lamont's IPS for general use, but when I travel far (or outside of the comfort of my city), I leave the IPS in the trunk and use the key with sleave on a ring. It takes a good pull to get it out of the sleave.

I attached a metal chain to the "key condom" and then attached the chain to a zipper of the pocket that is on the inside of my riding vest. When off my Ryde I slip the key into the condom and it hangs upside down from the inside of my vest.
